Clissett enjoys the combination of colour and portraiture to convey a person and their idea of 'self.' It's a element of her current work with Mill's Identity Agency, a wall of portraits has been created that frames Mill in her agency welcome/waiting room- to contribute to this idea of a parodic agency- inspired by modelling and PR agencies that often have a wall of faces behind them in their offices etc. Portraiture is currently an integral part of Clissett's practice as it's how she familiarises herself with a person's face and subsequent character.
