A "Domestic Residency"...
With an aim to make work every day of the quarantine, Milly started this 'series,' making one piece of work every day inspired by a prompt. This was an attempt to try new things, create different work and leave her comfort zone. Making the most of this unusual time and bringing artwork in to the world in a time of uncertainty and change, holding a "Domestic Takeover" when the home is the only place to make work and becomes the only inspiration.

"Domestic Pyschogeography"-
Looking at combining text and image, she used automatic writing in this image to the left- defined by the surrealists as the attempt to write having lost all conscious thought. These were collaborative pieces- meaning Clissett utilised a mix of her own and other Fine Artist's imagery and words in these three works to collage together images of the home and domestic spaces with text and words.

This piece was a way of using colour to communicate emotion- Clissett defines the emotion as asking- "is it me that's wrong or the world?"
